Blood is life. Your help today will help us reach a tomorrow in which no Lake Atitlan family will lose a loved one because the nearest blood bank is 2 hours away. Every drop counts, every dollar helps.
In order to provide quality medical care, HA's doctors often need quick access to life-saving blood for transfusions. A generous partner has already pledged to provide the two refrigerators and the freezer needed. Your gift will help us to purchase the following equipment to start the licensing process, open the blood bank and save lives. The Blood Bank will be a resource for other hospitals that provide surgeries with medical brigades.
